Return Policy & Procedure
At Command Solutions our goal is for you and your company to have an outstanding purchasing experience. There are occasions due to manufacturers defects, products may need to be returned. You can always call (866-308-0465) to answer any question you may have concerning returns.
Please note the following guidelines:

Before returning any defective products visit the manufacturer's website to see if warranty covers on-site repair or other services.

Within thirty (30) days of purchase, we will replace at our sole discretion, any product that is deemed defective.

All returns must be authorized by Command Solutions within 30 days of the invoice date.

After 30 days, the manufacturer's warranty process must be followed.

All non-defective returns authorized by Command Solutions are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

All products must be returned within 30 days from date of invoice.
Return Procedure:

Products must be packed in the original packaging with manuals.

Software: include manufacturer documents and registration card.

Complete the Request Return Merchandise Authorization form (RRMA) and Fax it to us at 866-308-0465 for approval.

Please email info@commandsolutionsinc.com to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Upon Verification, we will call or email you a RMA.
